IOWA STATE PATROL TROOPER BRIAN SINNWELL reports that Kevin William Harris, 24, of Jesup, Iowa, driving a Grand Prix, on Nov. 25, 2015 when he turned northbound off of County Road 218 and began driving northbound in the southbound lanes of Highway 218.
Harris’s vehicle then struck a 2005 GMC pickup operated by Bryce Michael Flugge, 20, of Nashua, Iowa. Both driver refused medical treatment.
Harris was charged with OWI 1st offense and operating the wrong way. Bremer County Sheriff’s Office, Chickasaw Sheriff’s Office, Nashua Police, Nashua Fire and Chickasaw County Ambulance assisted.
