LAS VEGAS (KSNV My News 3) — A woman has been arrested for driving under the influence in an auto-pedestrian accident that killed a man and seriously injured his brother Friday night.
The man killed was 42-year-old North Las Vegas resident Jacob Gernux. He died at the scene. His brother, 38-year-old Eric Gernux, was seriously injured and transported to UMC.
